At Ebone, I led the shift from working with an external marketing agency to an in-house strategy, using my ability to evolve and adapt to changing business landscapes. My role involves leading a team of five people and directly contributing to crucial tasks. Daily, I manage team activities, enhance our web presence, plan and execute marketing campaigns, design&develop websites and drive creativity in content and graphic design. The work we’ve been doing not only has streamlined our marketing efforts but has also significantly boosted our brand’s impact and reach.

I moved up from coordinating the marketing between the company and the marketing agency to develop the marketing plans and make sure the goals are met throughout the year. To do this, I coordinate 5 people and help them on the more challenging tasks. In summary, what I do in a day-to- day basis is: organizing people tasks, working on the company’s websites, planning marketing campaigns, generating content ideas and designing graphic elements, among many other activities.
